Nokia plans to bring more S40 devices

Last year the operating system S60 was upgraded to support pressure-sensitive screens, and next year simple S40 are coming . At the same time we will see new types of S40 mobile phones from Nokia.

During Nokia Capital Markets Day earlier Öistämö, Executive Vice President of Devices at Nokia, said that they have future plans for the S40 platform that is used in Nokia's simple cell phones.

- "Next year you can also expect other developments within Series' 40, including support of QWERTY keyboards, two SIM maps, pressure-sensitive user interface, etc.", the Nokia boss during the conference reported.
